Browns can potentially have blockbuster draft

Rams coach Jeff Fisher told the Plain Dealer that his team could trade up for the Browns' No. 4 overall pick. If the Browns get a second-rounder, that scenario could land them RB Trent Richardson (Alabama), WR Kendall Wright (Baylor), QB Brandon Weeden (Oklahoma State) and RT Cordy Glenn (Georgia).
