Harbaugh clarifies comments on Pats and Saints

Coach John Harbaugh issued a lengthy statement clarifying his comments about New England's and New Orleans' titles being "stained" due to scandal: "My reference was to the perception out there that came as the result of the league's actions. I could have been more clear that I was referring to those viewpoints."
