TE Winslow: I'm not in the Bucs' plans
TE Kellen Winslow is not in the Bucs' plans for 2012 and expects to be traded, Winslow said Monday on SiriusXM radio's "The Opening Drive." Winslow, who missed the first week of OTAs, said his desire to spend part of the offseason in San Diego led to Tampa's decision to trade him.
