Details on Kolb's new helmet

QB Kevin Kolb switched from the Schutt XP helmet to the Riddell Revolution Speed Classic, which received five out of five stars and a "best available" rating in safety testing by Virginia Tech. The Schutt helmet received three stars and a "good" rating. Kolb said the new helmet protects him better from blows to the back of the head. He has suffered two known concussions including last season against the 49ers when he was kicked in the back of the head.
