OC Palmer's not worried about Locker's footwork

QB Jake Locker continues to improve with his footwork on his dropbacks, OC Chris Palmer said. It's something Palmer isn't concerned with heading into training camp. “When he's in rhythm and when his mechanics are good, he can throw the ball with anybody,” Palmer said.
