Even after a 36-7 road win over the Carolina Panthers on Thursday night, the New York Giants still had plenty of injury news to discuss, particularly regarding the secondary.

Cornerbacks Corey Webster (broken right hand) and Jayron Hosley (hamstring) as well as safety Antrel Rolle (knee laceration) all left Thursday's game with injuries, but only Webster returned.

Webster left the game in the second quarter to have X-rays on his hand, but played respectably against Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith (four catches, 86 yards) after his return. The veteran told the media that he would be able to play against the Eagles in Philadelphia in 10 days.

Rolle collided with a cameraman in the fourth quarter and slammed his left knee into the lens, causing the laceration. Coach Tom Coughlin told the media that X-rays were negative and he doesn't expect the injury to be too serious. The team may conduct more tests.

Before injuring his hamstring, Hosley intercepted a deflected pass from Panthers quarterback Cam Newton.

The secondary was already wearing thin going into Week 3. Cornerback Terrell Thomas (knee) went on IR before the season, Michael Coe (hamstring) was inactive against Carolina and Prince Amukamara (high ankle sprain) made his first appearance of the season in Thursday's win.

Amukamara told reporters afterward that he felt fine, but expects to be sore Friday.
