There was only one surprise inclusion with the Giants' injury report on Wednesday. DT Linval Joseph was listed as having a knee injury, something that coach Tom Coughlin said the third-year lineman has been dealing with, off and on, for some time. The Giants said Joseph had "swelling" in his knee.

Coughlin thought he would be active Wednesday, but Joseph ended up riding the exercise bike next to WR Domenik Hixon (ankle) during practice. Coughlin also mistakenly said RB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) would sit, but the veteran stretched and appeared to be participating on a limited basis.

WLB Jacquian Williams (knee) and S Kenny Phillips (knee) did some individual work as they continued their rehab, and WLB Keith Rivers (calf/knee) practiced despite suffering a bruised knee in a recent car accident.

“Pretty good bruise, but a bruise,” Coughlin said.

The Giants' remaining injury report didn't contain any surprises, other than the fact that WR Hakeem Nicks (foot/knee) was no longer listed.

C David Baas (ankle/elbow), S Tyler Sash (ankle) and RG Chris Snee (ankle) also were on the injury report, but they all practiced on Wednesday.
