LB Rolando McClain on Facebook: 'No longer an Oakland Raider'

Starting middle linebacker Rolando McClain was not on the field when the Raiders began practice Thursday, but he was still on the roster, according to a team spokesman.

On Wednesday, Raiders coach Dennis Allen said McClain didn't practice because of "team-related" issues.

CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora reported Wednesday that, according to team sources, McClain got into a heated discussion with Allen early in practice and was sent home.

On his Facebook page, McClain wrote: "Officially no longer an Oakland Raider. Well, technically I am. But I'm mentally done. Just waiting on my papers."

If the Raiders plan to waive McClain today, they woud have to have that paperwork into the league office by 1 p.m. Pacific Time.
