Forston, a 2012 undrafted rookie free agent from Miami (Fla.), made the Patriots' 53-man roster out of training camp. The 6-foot-3, 305-pound lineman was inactive for New England's first two games of the regular season before he made his NFL debut on Sept. 23 at Baltimore.
The Ravens did not make any roster changes Saturday. Baltimore placed 21 players on Friday's injury report, but 16 are probable. RB Bernard Pierce (knee) is listed as questionable. CB Asa Jackson is out with a thigh injury.

The 49ers promoted WR Chad Hall to the 53-man roster on Saturday. Hall (5-8, 187) was originally signed to the 49ers' practice squad on Nov. 27 but was released on Dec. 15. He was re-signed to the practice squad on Dec. 17. Hall, who entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2010, caught 14 passes for 135 yards and two touchdowns in two seasons with the Eagles.
The 49ers don't have a player listed as out or questionable for Sunday's NFC Championship against Atlanta.
