We mentioned Monday that San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has decided to forgo the typical slate of late-night appearances and tropical vacations for some hardcore training. There is now evidence of said training, thanks to a picture tweeted earlier by Kaepernick from a training facility in Atlanta.

Kaepernick posted the photo to Instagram along with the caption: "This is what we call a recovery day."

So, less than a month after losing Super Bowl XLVII, this is what Kaepernick is up to. Just some light swimming ... with bungee cords.
