Jaguars WR Justin Blackmon arrested on complaint of aggravated DUI

By Dane Brugler | NFLDraftScout.com Senior Analyst
According to the Tulsa World, Justin Blackmon was arrested Sunday morning in Stillwater, Oklahoma on “complaint of aggravated DUI.” Blackmon was booked Sunday morning at the Payne County Jail.

According to Oklahoma law, a DUI charge becomes "aggravated" when the driver has a blood-alcohol level of .15 or higher.

This is the second DUI-related offense for Blackmon, who was drafted fifth overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2012 NFL Draft. He was arrested in October 2010 on a DUI complaint in Carrollton, Texas, driving home from a Monday Night Football Game between the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants at Cowboys Stadium. Blackmon, who has yet to sign a contract with the Jaguars, was the first receiver selected in April's draft.

Blackmon broke several Oklahoma State records, including catches in a single season with 111 receptions in 2010 and 121 catches in 2011. He was a two-time Biletnikoff Award winner with more receiving touchdowns the last two years (38) than any other player in college football.
