Morris piled up the awards as a senior, including being named the top tight end in the nation by the College Football Performance Awards - given based on objective scientific rankings focused on the ability to improve your team -- and first-team All-WAC by catching 38 passes for 623 yards and 12 touchdowns. He played between 12-13 games each of his first three seasons before his stellar senior campaign. Morris closed his Louisiana Tech career with 16 touchdowns. At Woodlawn High School in Shreveport, La., Morris was a four-year letterman who played wide receiver, running back, quarterback and linebacker. The honorable mention all-state performer as a senior also ran track and played basketball. |

Can make the tough grab with defenders draped over him. Has enough burst to pull away from linebackers and generate yards after the catch. Negatives: Short. Lacks the bulk to compete as an in-line blocker. Will be forced to move to an H-back or fullback role. Was featured in this offense and was considered by some scouts to be a product of the system. |
