08/01/2010 - Brandon Carswell was here today and gone tomorrow. Or was it gone today and here tomorrow? Despite media reports saying he was headed to Cincinnati, the redshirt junior receiver clarified he is firmly committed to suiting up for the Trojans this fall. "There was no change of heart, I wasn't going anywhere," Carswell said. "I think that's what it is; you come to 'SC wanting to play for 'SC. I think that doesn't really change with sanctions. I still wanted to play for 'SC when I was thinking about (transferring). "There are just certain circumstances. For me, being injured a lot and whatever, my opportunities kind of just came and went. I started a couple of games but got hurt and stuff like that. It's just me looking for a new beginning.
