03/10/2012 - The Purdue football program hosted its annual pro day for outgoing seniors on Friday, giving former players a chance to show off their skills to scouts from the NFL and other professional leagues. Nearly two dozen scouts and coaches from the NFL and CFL descended on Mollenkopf Athletic Facility Friday to see what the former Boilermakers had to offer. Highlights of the day included place kicker Carson Wiggs being asked to run through punting drills outside in a brisk March breeze as well as individual line drills for an impressive group of offensive linemen including Nick Mondek, Dennis Kelly and James Shepherd. - Purdue football
