Grissom, also known as "Porkchop," plays quick and fast off the snap with natural burst to occupy multiple blockers and fight his way through the trash.
Weaknesses: Tends to play out of control at times and ends up on the ground too much. Doesn't always appear to have a plan and needs to show better gap integrity. Needs to stay balanced through contact. Gets hung up on blocks and lacks the upper-body strength to rip and shed blockers. Has had some durability issues in the past.
