Hepburn was a football and wrestling star at North Rockland High School in Thiells, N.Y. He redshirted his freshman season and didn't see significant action until 2010, when he recorded 14 tackles and a pair of interceptions.
He wasn't on the radar of most NFL draft experts until he showed up at the Scouting Combine. He then rank a 4.54-second 40-yard dash at his April 17 pro day.
