Strengths Weaknesses

He will have some hiccups when he takes chances, but Countess has the fluid body type and ballskills that make him an attractive pro prospect.

After missing the 2012 season due to an ACL injury, Countess returned last year and was the most consistent member of the Wolverines' secondary, finishing with a conference-best six interceptions.

05/26/2015 - Auburn lands Michigan transfer Countess...Former Michigan cornerback Blake Countess announced on Twitter that he will transfer to Auburn, skipping expected visits with Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. "Excited to attack the next chapter in my life!," wrote Countess, who will be eligible to play immediately as a graduate transfer. Countess previously visited Arizona, but decided Auburn was the place to close out his college career following a weekend visit. The Tigers lost five defensive backs off last season's team, and Countess is expected to compete for a starting job. Countess had 24 tackles and three pass breakups while starting 10 of 12 games for Michigan last season. - The Sports Xchange
