01/11/2013 - University of Florida senior wide receiver Frankie Hammond Jr. (Hollywood, Fla.) and senior running back Omarius Hines (Corsicana, Texas) will both take part in the second annual Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game tomorrow in Tucson, Ariz., as part of the East team. Both Hammond and Hines are the first Gators to ever participate in the game as it is one of the first national college all-star games that will precede this spring's NFL Draft and feature Gators from this year's squad.
As for Hines, the Texan had a breakout season going for 242 receiving yards, good for fourth on the team on 23 catches. He also was a threat on the ground with 164 yards on 20 carries and two touchdowns. Hines averaged nearly eight yards a carry and over 12 yards per game. For his career, Hines finished with 330 yards on the ground with four touchdowns and also 801 receiving yards on 64 catches with two touchdowns. - Florida football
