05/03/2013 - Patriots sign 19 Rookie Free Agents...Moe, 22, played in 48 games over his four seasons at Missouri, totaling 188 receptions for 2,101 yards and 11 touchdowns. The 6-0, 200-pounder, also had 12 carries for 81 yards and a touchdown and 34 kick returns for 793 yards. He was named a team captain in 2012 and posted 40 receptions for 399 yards and one touchdown. - New England Patriots

03/08/2013 - 2013 Missouri Pro Day: Similarly, wide receiver T.J. Moe wanted to get a 4.74 off his record. That was Moe's time at the Combine - the slowest for any wideout in Indianapolis. Perhaps 45 minutes after running his 40, Moe told reporters with a straight face, that he didn't know his times other than some gossip from the spectator area. When told he was clocked from the mid 4.5s to the low 4.6s, Moe replied without much enthusiasm: "Sounds great." He then added: "It needed to be faster than 4.74, whatever I ran (at the Combine). I really feel like I could've ran that backward today. You can't get much slower than I did the first time.

"In the NFL you really are speed deficient at 4.59 (at wide receiver). They say, maybe you can't hack it. But of course, Danny Amendola ran a 4.68 at the Combine, and Wes Welker didn't even go to the Combine but he ran like a 4.65 at his pro day. I saw Wes Welker on Darrelle Revis run about a 74-yard post route and that worked OK. His ???speed deficiency' didn't show. So he looked OK to me."

Moe, from Fort Zumwalt West High, was off the charts on all of his other Combine drills - either the best or among the best at the wide receiver position. So other than the 40, all he did Thursday was run pass routes for the scouts. Moe said the Rams invited he and Richardson to visit Rams Park later in the pre-draft process to meet the coaches. Because Moe and Richardson are from the St. Louis area, they can visit Rams Park without counting as a "top 30" visit. - Jim Thomas, St. Louis Post-Dispatch

09/16/2012 - Corbin Berkstresser ran for a score in his first career start at quarterback in place of injured James Franklin, and Missouri's defense forced four turnovers to ease the pressure on the redshirt freshman in a 24-20 victory over Arizona State on Saturday night. Missouri (2-1) built a 17-point cushion in the third quarter in front of a sellout crowd of 71,004, the school's first for a non-conference game since Notre Dame in 1984. The Tigers held on late a week after fizzling late in a 21-point loss to No. 7 Georgia that spoiled the school's SEC debut. Marion Grice scored on a pair of fourth-quarter runs that cut the deficit to four for Arizona State (2-1), which had a fumbled snap on the second extra-point kick. Kendial Lawrence scored on a pair of short runs, and T.J. Moe was strong overall with eight catches for 88 yards and a 43-yard kickoff return to open the game for Missouri. - AP Sports

09/11/2012 - WR T.J. Moe is ninth in Missouri history with 1,773 receiving yards. He had 45 yards on Saturday. - The Sports Xchange

09/11/2012 - For three quarters, Missouri and the SEC seemed like a good fit. The Tigers exchanged punches with the seventh-ranked Georgia Bulldogs, and took a 17-9 lead early in the third quarter after a 69-yard touchdown pass from quarterback James Franklin to receiver Marcus Lucas. From there, however, the Bulldogs took over, outscoring Missouri 32-3 to end the game with a 41-20 victory. After much posturing about their place in the new conference since the summer, Missouri's free fall in the second half of Saturday's game continues the dialogue of whether it belongs in the nation's premier football conference. Missouri's defense played well, stopping Georgia's run game and creating turnovers. The final 17 points were all because of offensive miscues -- a failed fake punt, an interception and a fumble. All three plays gave the Bulldogs a short field to score. In the end, "old-man football" beat Missouri's new-wave spread. Those questions will remain about Missouri and the SEC until the Tigers travel to Columbia, S.C. to face the Gamecocks in two weeks. But, after one game in the SEC, Missouri players still feel they belong. "There are guys in the NFL from Appalachian State and Missouri State and everywhere else," wide receiver T.J. Moe said. "I do think they (Georgia) have a lot of talented players, but I think we moved the ball well. Not to take anything away from them, but we hurt ourselves quite a bit." - The Sports Xchange
