10/05/2012 - SCOUTING THE OFFENSE: BYU switched out three offensive linemen leading up to the Hawaii game. Now facing a better Utah State defense, it remains to be seen if such a dramatic move can still look so seamless. BYU found some answers in its offensive line makeover, with Braden Hansen moving from left guard to center, Famika Anae taking Hansen's spot at left guard, and Manaaki Vaitai replacing Brock Stringham at right guard. Anae had a particularly noticeable impact with his physical style of play, and while Hansen had a handful of low shotgun snaps on the night, for his first-ever game at center, he played well. Anae is the son of former BYU offensive coordinator Robert Anae. - The Sports Xchange
