2007 Season

Saw action in all 13 games for Mississippi State during his sophomore season, he earned nine starts in the middle of the defense . . . Opened nine of the last 10 games for MSU, only failing to start the team's Week 10 win over Alabama . . . Made 17 tackles on the year, including three and one-half for loss (minus 10 yards) . . . Credited with one fumble recovery and a blocked kick . . . Played in a reserve role at defensive tackle to begin his sophomore season . . . Reached the stats column for the first time in Week 3 action at Auburn . . . Had two tackles and a fumble recovery in Mississippi State's 19-14 win over the Tigers . . . It was a career-first recovery . . . Made his first career start in the Bulldogs' Week 4 win over Gardner-Webb . . . 2006 Season

Played in seven games during his true freshman season for the Bulldogs . . . Played in four games at midseason (Weeks 4-7) and three near the schedule's end (Week 8-10) . . . Totaled seven tackles on the year . . . Saw action for the first time in his initial season in Starkville during Week 4 action at UAB . . . Had a solid outing in just his second collegiate game one week later at LSU, seeing increased playing time with injuries along the defensive line . . . Totaled five tackles against the Tigers . . . Made one stop in the team's Week 7 victory over Jacksonville State . . . Suffered a broken finger against the Gamecocks, but missed little work in preparation for the Georgia game one week later . . . Added another hit in Week 11 game with Arkansas.
