Analysis

Positives: Good anticipation, quickness and aggression as a cover corner. Reliable open-field tackler with the short-area quickness to close and discipline for zone coverage. Transferred as a JUCO and only had one season of eligibility for WSU, but started every game and earned Honorable Mention conference honors with 50 tackles, 10 pass breakups and three interceptions. Recognized as a team leader.

Negatives: Simply lacks downfield speed. Estimated at a 4.60 before the season and looks slow in terms of straight-line speed on the field. Struggled when challenged deep throughout the week at the East-West Shrine Game. Only one season as a starter at the D-I level after missing the 2005 season due to academics.
