Bullock pushed his name to the top of this draft class for kickers with a strong senior year, earning the Lou Groza Award (Nation?s top kicker). He finished the 2011 season as the NCAA leader in field goals with 2.23 per game and a school-record 29 successful field goals, connecting on 87.9% of his attempts (29-for-33).

Bullock?s 142 points on the season ranks tops in school history, breaking an Aggies? 84-year old record, and his 365 total points over his career is also a Texas A&M record. He recorded double-digit points in 8 games in 2011.

Bullock steadily improved his accuracy each season, going from 63.2% (12-for-19) in 2009 to 76.2% (16-for-21) in 2010 to 90.6% (29-for-32) in 2011. He has a booming leg and showed much better accuracy as a senior. He doesn?t possess a skill-set to project him as a for-sure draft pick, but he could warrant late round consideration and will be the top kicking prospect on many team?s draft boards.

Positives: Most decorated kicker from Texas A&M, holding several school records including points (365). Near-perfect on point-after attempts (176-for-179) with a stretch of 120 straight and the single-season school record of 55 as a senior. Very strong leg and generates some torque from his body and follow through, allowing the ball to explode off his foot. Good experience, taking over the starting kicking duties in 2008 as a freshman. Earned the top honor for kickers in 2011 as the Lou Groza Award winner. Also offers experience on kickoffs.

Negatives: Shorter and has some bad weight on his frame. Wasn?t as consistent during his first three seasons and could be viewed as a one-year wonder. Average accuracy on deep field goals (3-for-6 on attempts of 50+ yards). A bit unproven in late game situations.
