2007 Season

Cohen was selected All-Southern Conference First Team for the 2007 college football season. Cohen broke a 29-yard old WCU single-season receiving record with 1,208 receiving yards this season, including posting six-straight, 100-yard receiving games. He surpassed former Catamount standout, Gerald Harp (1977-80), with a 33-yard gain in the first half in the season finale against Furman. Cohen, a native of Hilton Head, S.C., is just the ninth WCU receiver all-time to breach the 1,000-yard receiving mark in a season.

2006 Season

Played in all 11 games, making seven appearances in the starting line up as the number two receiver … Despite ranking second behind teammate Michael Hines in receptions with 33, led the team with 505 yards receiving … Ranked seventh in the Southern Conference in receiving with 45.9 yards per game … Was also second on the team in receiving touchdowns with two … Posted 50-or-more yards receiving in five games, including his seasonal-best 85 yards on four catches and a score against Chowan … Also led Western in receiving in the win over nationally-ranked Eastern Kentucky … Set his season-high for receptions at Elon … Hauled in a 15-yard TD pass against Appalachian State.
