2007 Season

Started two of first three games before breaking the third matcarpal in his left hand vs. North Carolina and missing the next four games … started the final six games of the season … fourth on the team with 21 catches, tops among the team's wide receivers … also led the wide receivers with 269 yards and two touchdowns … averaged 12.8 yards per catch, the second-highest total on the team … led team in receiving for first time at North Carolina with four catches for 40 yards … in second game back after injury, led team with three catches for 45 yards vs. NC State … had first touchdown reception vs. Wake Forest at end of first half in 17-16 UVa win … that 38-yard touchdown catch was UVa's longest scoring pass play of the season … his career-high 76 receiving yards vs. the Demon Deacons tied as the singlegame best among UVa wide receivers this year … caught 11 passes for 193 yards and two touchdowns in the final four regular-season games … scored UVa's first touchdown in the 48-0 win at Miami with a 29-yard touchdown grab from Jameel Sewell … finished with three receptions for 50 yards.

2006 Season

Earned letter as a reserve at wide receiver … appeared in all 12 games … caught six passes … four catches came at Florida State when he totaled 31 receiving yards … long reception went for 12 yards against the Seminoles.

2005 Season

Good sized receiver who appeared in five games as a true freshman … started the Temple game … five receptions for 60 yards … saw his first action against Florida State and caught a 15-yard pass … led the team in receiving against Temple with 45 yards on four catches … caught three passes vs. Virginia Tech.

Big-play receiver for coach Gordon Walters at Southern Durham HS … rated the country's No. 89 wide receiver by Scout.com … 3-stars by Scout.com and Rivals.com … ranked the 14th-best player in North Carolina by the Charlotte Observer, No. 17 by SuperPrep, No. 18 by Scout.com and No. 20 by Rivals.com … caught 22 passes for 324 yards and three touchdowns during his senior season as his team posted a 13-1 record … Durham Herald-Sun All-Area and All-Five County selection as a senior … also started at outside linebacker … played in the Shrine Bowl following his senior season … also played on the school's basketball team … his AAU basketball team won the Division II national championship in 2003 … wrote for the school newspaper and yearbook.
