2011 Season
Broyles collegiate career ended on Nov. 5 with a torn ACL vs. Texas A&M but the receiver had already made his mark on several record books. Broyles broke the NCAA career record for receptions in the season's sixth game and finished with 349 catches during his career while ending up second on the NCAA all-time career receiving yards chart with 4,586 yards, just 420 yards from the NCAA rcord in the category. Broyles also broke the Big 12 record for career receiving touchdowns with 45. The Biletnikoff Award finalist had more than 100 yards receiving in seven of nine games this season and a touchdown in seven of nine with multiple receiving touchdowns in four games. He had four games with at least 13 receptions and broke his own record for receiving yards in a game with 217 yards at Kansas.
