The Murfreesboro native was named to The Sports Network/Fathead.com FCS second team All-America defensive squad, the All-Ohio Valley Conference first-team defense and the Phil Steele FCS first-team All-American team. Hughes, who transferred to UT Martin from Tennessee his junior season, is one of three Ohio Valley Conference players invited to NFL Scouting Combine Feb. 20-26.
