Hepburn recorded 14 tackles (8 UA, 6 Asst), 2.0 tackles of a loss 11 yards, one sack, and two interceptions on the season in the 10 games that he played in. He garnered a season-high six tackles against North Carolina A&T (11-6-10) and recorded two tackles against Tennessee State (9-25-10), South Carolina State (10-2-10) and Morgan State (10-30-10).
Hepburn was used sparingly in 2009.
Hepburn lettered in football and wrestling at North Rockland High School in Thiells, N.Y. He finished his senior season with 132 tackles, eight sacks and one interception. He earned the Journal News Scholar Athlete Award. Hepburn was also a member of the National Honor Society and the Science Honor Society. In his junior season, he finished the season with 57 tackles and two sacks, and also was a member of the National Honor Society and the Science Honor Society. He recalls his best performance in a game is when he had 13 tackles, three sacks and two interceptions at the defensive tackle position against John Jay High School in the second round of the playoffs.
Hepburn was born on December 6, 1989 to Adris Swift and Gregory Hepburn in Nyack, New York. He has two siblings Yvana and Davd Hepburn. His older sister Yvana is a hurdler for the USF women's track team. Hepburn is a member of the NAACP, the Grace Baptist Church and Bethel Church. He also is a member of the Christian Ministries and the Community Service project with team tutoring. He is currently majoring in Biochemistry.
