2012 Season
Selected First Team All-Sun Belt Conference (Coaches & Media selection) for the 2012 college football season. This is the third-straight all-conference honor for Williams and the first, first-team selection after being named second-team his sophomore and junior seasons. Perhaps one of the top defensive ends to ever play at FIU, Williams had another spectacular season for the Panthers in 2012.

Williams led the team in 2012 with 14.5 tackles for loss (for 85 yards), 6.5 sacks (for 56 yards) and two forced fumbles, going along with a career-high 46 total tackles (including 29 solo), two pass break-ups and three quarterback hurries.

2011 Season
All-Sun Belt Conference Second Team...named to Phil Steele's All-Sun Belt Conference Second-Team...was No. 4 in the Sun Belt for tackles for loss (13.0) in 2011, and placed 10th for sacks (4.5)...played in all 13 games, starting 12...totaled 32 tackles, including a team-leading 13 tackles for loss...his 1.0 per game tackles for loss average tied for 87th nationally...recorded 4.5 sacks on the season...had four pass breakups and four quarterback hurries...led the Panthers historic upset 24-17 win at Louisville (9/9) with three tackles for loss, including two sacks...had six tackles and two sacks in the win vs. Troy (10/25) and five tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss in the win vs. FAU (11/12)...had an impressive four tackles for loss in the win over ULM (11/19), second-most all-time in a game at FIU.

03/16/2013 - 2013 Florida International Pro Day: Twenty-five teams were represented at Florida International on March 8, including the Miami Dolphins defensive back coach, to watch 19 FIU and 11 small-school players perform drills outdoors on a grass field. Tourek Williams, DL (6-3 1/8; 253 pounds) - Williams had already worked out at NFL Scouting Combine. At FIU's pro day he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.71 and 4.76 seconds. He performed a 4.46-second short shuttle and a 7.44-second three-cone drill. He declined to do the vertical jump or broad jump.
