2013 Season
2013 Second Team All-Pac-12 (Coaches).
2012 Season
Has shown a range of diversity at running back, leading the team with 679 yards on 103 rushes in 2012 and adding 425 yards on 41 receptions on the year... Led the team in all-purpose yardage with 1,104 yards...With 159 yards on 14 rushes and two touchdowns, Grice was named the 2012 Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl Offensive MVP.... Tabbed three touchdowns on the ground against Arizona (11/23) in a game that he posted career highs in rushes (18) and yards (156) and matched a career high in rushing touchdowns (3) en route to being named the MVP of the Territorial Cup matchup... Had an exceptional catch and run against WSU (11/17) for his eighth receiving touchdown of the season - mark that leads the nation for running backs and is the most by any ASU running back during the Pac-10/12 era... Posted his 13th touchdown of the season against Oregon State (11/3), which was his seventh receiving TD of the year... Needs five touchdowns to move into the top five on ASU's single-season scoring list...Had his third three-touchdown game of the year against UCLA... Was the top receiver on the field for Arizona State in a rout against Colorado (10/14), posting career highs in catches (5), yards (101) and touchdown receptions (3)...Is only player on team with two 100+ yard games (rushing against NAU and receiving against Colorado) and has scored a touchdown on 13.2 percent of his touches this year.Led team in touchdowns with 19 in 2012 (11 rushing, eight receiving)...The mark matched the third-highest single season total in school history alongside Cameron Marshall's 2011 performance and fell behind just Wilford White (1950, 22) and Terry Battle (1996, 20) on the all-time list... Had 114 points on the year to tie for fifth on ASU's all-time single-season points scored list...Led the nation's running backs with eight receiving touchdowns and is tied for 14th in the country amongst all players in cumulative touchdowns...Posted touchdowns on 19 of his 144 offensive touches this year (13.2 percent) and finished third in the conference at 8.77 PPG. ..Showed his value as a playmaker against Missouri, rushing six times for 24 yards and two touchdowns while adding 45 yards in receiving, including a spectacular leaping grab in the fourth quarter to extend an ASU drive and inevitably lead to his second touchdown of the day... Was the team's top rusher in his ASU debut against NAU (8/30) with 14 rushes for 107 yards and three touchdowns.
High School
Graduated from Houston's Chester W. Nimitz High School in 2010...coached by Robert Toomer at Nimitz High School.

Player News
05/12/2014 - A closer look at the Chargers' picks: Round 6/201 -- Marion Grice, RB, 6-0, 208, Arizona State...Not a back with elite speed, but one that is patient in waiting for his blocks and can hit the hole with quickness. Seems to be a good option on third downs as he has soft hands and is adequate in pass blocking. The end of his season last year was derailed by a leg injury, but according to the Chargers, he's good to go. - The Sports Xchange
