Duncan, the lone Great Northwest Athletic Conference representative on the three postseason teams and honorable mention list, capped his two-year playing career at DSU with the most impressive individual single season for any receiver. He had 71 catches for 1,045 yards and 13 touchdowns. Duncan is the first Dixie State player to reach the 1,000-yard plateau in a single season. Duncan recorded five games over 100 yards to lead all GNAC receivers. Duncan was named to All-American teams by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), Beyond Sports Network (BSN) and the Associated Press (Little).

He bested his single-season TD mark in game number seven on the year and became the first Dixie State receiver to eclipse reach the 1,000-yard barrier with 120 yards in the Storm's win at SFU.
