03/28/2013 - 2013 North Carolina State Pro Day: North Carolina State did its pro day on March 20 indoors on a fast surface. Twenty-four NFL teams made an appearance at N.C. State, including San Francisco 49ers director of college scouting Joel Patten, Buffalo Bills assistant general manager Doug Whaley, defensive back coaches from the Jacksonville Jaguars and Minnesota Vikings, and three coaches from the New York Jets' staff. Thirteen players from N.C. State participated, and were joined by 10 other players from smaller schools in the area.

David Amerson, DB (6-1 1/8, 201) - Amerson recorded a 38 1/2-inch vertical, a 11-foot broad jump, a 4.13-second short shuttle and 7.75-second three-cone drill. He had really good numbers at the pro day but if you watched him versus Tennessee last season, he didn't look like he had that kind of speed. - Gil Brandt, NFL.com
