  • San Francisco traded a 2009 second-round pick (No. 43: Everette Brown) and a 2009 fourth-round pick (No. 111: Mike Goodson ) to Carolina in exchange for a 2010 first-round pick.
  • The Raiders receive a 2009 second-round pick (No. 47: Michael Mitchell), a 2009 fourth-round pick (No. 124: Louis Murphy) and a 2009 sixth-round pick (No. 199: Stryker Sulak) from New England in exchange for a 2009 second-round pick (No. 40: Ron Brace)

  • The Bills receive a 2009 first-round pick (No. 28: Eric Wood), a 2009 fourth-round pick (No. 121: Shawn Nelson) and a 2010 second-day pick for offensive tackle Jason Peters
  • The Patriots receive a 2009 first-round pick (No. 26: Clay Matthews) and a 2009 fifth-round pick (No. 162: Jamon Meredith) from the Ravens in exchange for 2009 first-round pick (No. 23: Michael Oher)
  • The Browns also swapped the No. 19 pick (Jeremy Maclin) for Philadelphia's at No. 21 (Alex Mack)
  • The Browns traded down two spots to No. 19 (Jeremy Maclin) with Tampa Bay (No. 17: Josh Freeman), which also sent Cleveland a sixth-round pick (No. 191: Coye Francies)
  • The Jets acquired the No. 5 overall pick (Mark Sanchez) from Cleveland and former coach Eric Mangini for their first-round pick, No. 17 overall (Josh Freeman) , their second-round pick this year (No. 52: David Veikune), and defensive end Kenyon Coleman, safety Abram Elam and quarterback Brett Ratliff.
