All week long and starting on "Black Monday" (New Year's Eve), there will be decisions made about the future of coaches and general managers around the NFL.

You can follow all the actual/official hirings and firings over at our 2012 Coaching Tracker, but we also want to keep you appraised of all the rumors floating out there. We'll do that below (all times ET).

Monday, Dec. 31

6:32 p.m.
According to the Chicago Sun Times, the Bears are expected to interview Buccaneers offensive coordinator Mike Sullivan for their head coaching job.
6:09 p.m.
Team president Michael Bidwill has revealed that along with defensive coordinator Ray Horton, the Cardinals will interview former Eagles coach Andy Reid and Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy for the head coaching job.
4:33 p.m.
USA Today writes that the Jets had talked to former Colts executive Bill Polian about possibly taking over for the fired Mike Tannenbaum. Polian reportedly said no thanks.
4:06 p.m.
Assistant GM Eric DeCosta has released a statement after being contacted by teams for job openings. "I love being a part of the Ravens and plan to stay here and help them win championships. I have no intentions of leaving this team.”
3:07 p.m.
Offensive coordinator Mike McCoy, coming off his second-straight impressive season in Denver, will interview with the Bears and Cardinals, according to ESPN. Both teams have asked Denver for permission, and both have received it. McCoy will interview this week reportedly.
2:48 p.m.
According to Fox Sports, Falcons special teams coach Keith Armstrong will interview for the head coaching positions in Chicago and Kansas City.
2:39 p.m.
UT San Diego reports that the only name seriously being discussed so far is Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians. Also, Ken Whisenhunt has an interested in the Chargers head coaching job.
2:07 p.m.
Updating a previous report, NFL.com tweets that the Raiders have fired offensive coordinator Greg Knapp.
1:29 p.m.
And that's that: the Cards have fired Ken Whisenhunt. CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora reports that "defensive coordinator Ray Horton and assistant GM Steve Keim will be top candidates for those respective openings. And Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley is expected to get consideration as well."
1:20 p.m.
CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora tweets: "As I've been reporting, Cardinals very likely to promote assistant GM Steve Keim to the GM position."
1:10 p.m.
ESPN's Adam Schefter tweets that Cardinals general manager Rod Graves has been fired.
1:05 p.m.
Following a fourth-straight season with a declining win total and a third-straight season without the playoffs, the San Diego Chargers fired coach Norv Turner and general manager A.J. Smith on Monday.
12:52 p.m.
FOXSports.com's Alex Marvez tweets: "@FOXSports.com has learned Falcons offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter is set to interview this week for HC jobs with Eagles, Chiefs and Browns."
12:50 p.m.
Despite the Bears missing the playoffs in five of the last six seasons, not everybody thought a coaching change was in order. Take, for example, wide receiver and returner Devin Hester, who is now contemplating retirement.
12:25 p.m.
The Browns have cleaned house, firing head coach Pat Shurmur and GM Tom Heckert on Monday. Despite the recent football history in Cleveland, there are many reasons to think that the Browns job is an attractive one. CBSSports.com's Will Brinson investigates
12:18 p.m.
On more than one occasion this season, Titans owner Bud Adams has made it clear he's not happy with the direction of his team. But that won't stop him from bringing back coach Mike Munchak for another season, according to the Tennesseean.
12:15 p.m.
The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero tweets that "Dolphins owner Stephen Ross will speak with media later this week, but not to announce any GM change. Club source says Jeff Ireland is staying."
12:06 p.m.
The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt tweets that Mike Reinfeldt out as Sr. VP/COO of the Titans. He played eight years for the team and spent six years in the front office, including five as general manager.
11:41 a.m.
With the Jaguars already firing general manager Gene Smith on Monday, coach Mike Mularkey, who just finished his first season On the job, was asked during his Monday press conference about the state of his job. So far, he's still got it.
11:12 a.m.
With all the coaches expected to be fired Monday, Lovie Smith's name got lost in the mix ... until now. CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora confirms that Smith and the Bears have parted ways.
10:50 a.m.
The Chiefs, disappointed with their season, have fired Romeo Crennel. They also say no determination has been made about GM Scott Pioli.
The Bills have announced that they've fired Chan Gailey.
10:42 a.m.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Bears have sent out consent forms that request permission to interview head-coaching candidates.
10:28 a.m.
It's officially official. The Eagles have ended Andy Reid's tenure.
10:17 a.m.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport tweets "Talked to a source with knowledge of the the Bears process. On coach Lovie Smith: 'It's not looking good.'" (Update: Smith has been fired)
10:10 a.m.
FOX Sports' Jay Glazer tweets "While Mularkey says he's given indication he is still coach, he probably still has to see how new GM's role plays into it."
9:34 a.m.
CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora tweets two names the Jags like as GM candidates: the 49ers' Tom Gamble and the Packers' Alonzo Highsmith.
9:00 a.m.
Report: Chiefs coach Romeo Crennel is set to be fired, but GM Scott Pioli's job is safe ... for now.
Jets part ways with GM Mike Tannenbaum, head coach Rex Ryan remains head coach.
Pat Shurmur is out in Cleveland, CBSSports.com's Mike Freeman confirms.
Gene Smith was fired by the Jaguars first thing on Monday. Jacksonville will search for a new GM immediately.
The Raiders are reportedly going to part ways with offensive coordinator Greg Knapp.
