The Percy Harvin-to-Seattle-trade that went down Monday continues to affect players from both teams.

Now comes this news courtesy of Seahawks punt returner Leon Washington:

As CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports, the team began shopping Washington after the Harvin transaction, and if the Seahawks couldn't make a trade for him, they would cut him. Which likely means that Harvin now will take over Washington's duties as the team's returner -- and which means that one of the better returners who's coming off his second career Pro Bowl season is now on the free agent market.
