Aside from his arrest for alleged criminal mischief earlier this month, Bryant is coming off a season in which he recorded 36 tackles and four sacks for the Raiders, and Pro Football Focus ranked him the sixth-best tackle in the league last season.

Now that they've signed Bryant to go with former Ravens linebacker Paul Kruger, the defense under new coordinator Ray Horton is beginning to take shape. And Browns fans could begin to feel even more optimistic about the potential of their squad's defense.
