The Tennessee Titans and free-agent safety Bernard Pollard have agreed on a one-year deal, according to ESPN's Josina Anderson.

Financial terms of the contract are not yet known.

Pollard, 28, was released by the Ravens last week. After spending the earlier part of his career with the Chiefs and Texans, Pollard joined Baltimore in 2011. He earned the reputation as a punishing safety in '12, tallying 98 tackles for the Super Bowl champions.

The Titans have re-worked their defensive backfield, and Pollard will join fellow free-agent signee George Wilson in the secondary. Wilson was released by the Bills last month.
