Ernest Wallace, the third suspect in the Odin Lloyd slaying investigation, has been captured, the Massachusetts State Police confirmed Friday. Wallace, 41, was apprehended in Miramar, Fla.

Earlier Friday, Massachusetts officials told the Associated Press that law enforcement had recovered a 2012 Chrysler 300 linked to Wallace.

On Wednesday, former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Lloyd. The prosecution noted Hernandez had reached out to two men hours before Lloyd's death, though their names weren't released at the time.

Now, Wallace and 27-year-old Carlos Ortiz, the other suspect, are both in custody. Ortiz, arrested in Connecticut on Wednesday, has been extradited to Massachusetts.

Meanwhile, Hernandez has been denied bail, which means he will remain behind bars until his trial. Additionally, Hernandez is being investigated for a 2012 double-slaying, and is being sued for allegedly shooting Alexander Bradley in the face. Bradley's attorney, David Jaroslawicz, told on Friday that Bradley, who was found alone and bleeding in a Florida industrial park, "...was left there because they thought he would be dead."

Jaroslawicz filed the complaint on Bradley's behalf on June 13, four days before Lloyd's body was discovered.

"You can't make this stuff up," Jaroslawicz said. "When I filed this simple lawsuit for Mr. Bradley's injuries, the last thing I expected was they would find a dead body near his house and he'd be under investigation to two other dead bodies. That's not what I expected when we filed our simple lawsuit."
