Four weeks after undergoing a June 5 surgery, Ben Roethlisberger's right knee isn't just healing, it feels "brand new," the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback says.

"It feels great; it feels better than ever," Roethlisberger said, via 7MSport.com. "I feel like it's a brand-new knee, and I feel younger than ever. I feel good."

One week after the surgery, Roethlisberger said he would have been able to play on the knee if the Steelers had an upcoming game.

The surgery marked the second time in his career that Roethlisberger has undergone a minor surgery on his right knee. Big Ben also underwent a similar surgery during the 2005 season.

Steelers fans are probably concerned whether Roethlisberger's "brand-new" knee will make it through 2013. The injury-riddled quarterback has only made it healthy through an entire 16-game season once in his nine-year career. That came in 2008, when Roethlisberger led the Steelers to a Super Bowl XLIII victory against the Arizona Cardinals.

The subject of Big Ben's knee came up while he was in England, where he's promoting the NFL and the Steelers' Week 4 game with the Vikings that will be played in London. Besides promoting the NFL, Roethlisberger has also spent some time posing for lots and lots of pictures with a certain clock tower that he shares a name with.
