After going undrafted, safety Will Hill managed to make the Giants roster in 2012 and play 12 games. But midway through the season, he was suspended four games for a violation of the league's performance-enhancing drug policy after reportedly testing positive for Adderall.

On Saturday, the Giants announced the NFL again has suspended Hill for four games for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Because this is a different violation than the one from last season, it again will be for four games.

Hill can participate in all preseason practices and games, and he'll be eligible to return to the team Monday, Sept. 30.

Said Hill after his suspension last year: “I accept full responsibility for this situation, and it won't happen again.”

Last season, Hill recorded 38 tackles, two defended passes and a forced fumble.
