If you managed to miss every episode of Deion Sanders' first reality TV show back in 2008, don't kick yourself because you're soon going to have a second chance to watch the budding reality TV star.
The Oprah Winfrey Network has signed up Sanders to star in his own docu-series, according to the Hollywood Reporter. It's Prime Time -- yes, that's the name of the show -- is set to debut in early 2014.
If you're not hooked yet, here's the show synopsis from the Reporter:
The series will feature the ex-football and baseball star and current NFL Network broadcaster as he raises five children in a household that also includes his mother, her foster children, aunt and uncle while guiding the charter school he launched to help underserved areas.
This is Deion's second foray into reality television and the second time he's used his nickname 'Prime Time' in the show's title. In 2008, Sanders and his then-wife Pilar had their own show on the Oxygen Network. That show -- Deion and Pilar: Prime Time Love -- lasted eight episodes. You can see a snippet of Prime Time Love in the above.
The synopsis of that show, according to Oxygen? "Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love follows the home life of NFL superstar Deion Sanders and his wife, Pilar and five kids in smalltown Texas."
So basically, his new show is like his old show except minus his ex-wife, who probably won't be showing up on the new show. Deion and Pilar were granted a divorce in June and this was Deion's reaction on Twitter.
