As you certainly remember, video emerged of Cooper using an unacceptable and inappropriate racial slur at a Kenny Chesney concert recently.
The Eagles reaction was swift, issuing statements on the matter, having Cooper speak to the press and excusing him from training camp to seek counseling.
That was just four days ago, and now Cooper has returned to the team.
Given the way in which various players reacted to Cooper's comments -- some, like Michael Vick, forgave him, some clearly had an issue and some, like LeSean McCoy, forgave him but was still hesitant -- it's shocking to see him back at training camp this quickly.
Cooper is, per reports, meeting with various members of the Eagles front office, including Chip Kelly. The Eagles are spending Tuesday joint practicing with the Patriots in Philadelphia. Cooper also appears primed to play in the team's first preseason game Friday against the Pats.
