Report: Von Miller's suspension appeal postponed

Broncos linebacker Von Miller has not a good few weeks.

In late July, word leaked that Miller was facing a four-game suspension for violating NFL policy (though the NFLPA was quick to point out it had nothing to do with the performance-enhancing drug policy and that the union was disappointed that the news had been made public).

Plus, he was arrested last weekend for failing to appear in court on charges of careless driving, driving without a license and having no proof of insurance.

Miller was supposed to have the appeal for his suspension heard Thursday, but according to ESPN, that appeal has been postponed because of “complications.”

We're not sure what that means or when Miller's appeal actually will be held. But unfortunately for Miller, this storyline of bad news seems destined to continue.
