VIDEO: Oakland Raiders Taiwan Jones jumps over car

By John Breech |

Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden celebrated his 26th birthday on Tuesday, but that's not a story because people celebrate their 26th birthdays all the time.

What doesn't happen all the time though is someone jumping over a BMW at a 26th birthday celebration and that's exactly what Raiders cornerback Taiwan Jones did. Jones' teammate Tyvon Branch caught the entire car-jumping incident on Instagram video.

In the video, you can hear someone off-camera bet Jones $200 that he can't make the jump. Jones makes the jump, so presumably he got $200 and lets assume he spent that money on a nice birthday gift for McFadden.

The video already has over 1,500 likes on Instagram, but one person who probably doesn't like it at all is Raiders coach Dennis Allen. Car-jumping is frowned upon by most NFL coaches.

Also, as an aside to this story, I live in Oakland and can confirm this is what we do for fun here.
