So you're saying there's a chance.
The Patriots released their final injury report on Friday heading into their Week 1 game against Buffalo and there's at least a chance that tight end Rob Gronkowski could see action against the Bills. Gronkowski has been listed as doubtful, which in NFL terms, means the Patriots feel there's about a 25 percent chance Gronkowksi will play.
That's a huge jump from just last week when there was talk that Gronkowski might end up on the physically unable to perform list, which would have made meant he couldn't return to action until Week 7 at the earliest.
Gronkowski -- who underwent multiple surgeries on his forearm during the offseason and another one on his back -- returned to practice on Sept. 1 and was a limited participant all week.
Another Patriot listed on the injury report this week, wide receiver Danny Amendola, is listed as probable for Sunday's game and is expected to play.
