Dan Marino on how he'll be advising Dolphins owner Stephen Ross

By Eric Kay | CBSSports.com Staff

Dolphins owner Stephen Ross announced recently he's forming a committee to examine the state of the team's culture/locker room.

The committee includes Tony Dungy, Don Shula, Jason Taylor, Curtis Martin and former Dolphins great Dan Marino.

On the set of That Other Pregame Show, Marino shed some light on what the committee is tasked with.

"He's (Stephen Ross) looking for a committee to help him. After the investigations they're going to do some of their own investigations and they want some guys who have played in the NFL, and coached, and can look at what comes of all this and see if we can help in any way."

The group will form in the offseason and look to answer some basic questions, according to Marino.

"What's right? What's wrong? What's normal? Not normal? What's overboard?"

It sounds like common sense, always in short supply in South Florida, will be under the microscope.
