Last Thursday, Dolphins center Mike Pouncey ended up in the hospital with what he later described as food poisoning, and it forced him to miss the Week 11 game against the Chargers. He returned to the team Wednesday, though he didn't practice.

Meanwhile, Ted Wells, the NFL-appointed attorney investigating the Dolphins' locker room culture in the wake of Richie Incognito's indefinite suspension from the team, was reportedly very interested in speaking to Pouncey.

The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero wrote earlier this week that "Pouncey is under the microscope because, a source says, he was at the very least a witness to the mistreatment [Jonathan] Martin and his legal team are alleging. It is unclear if Pouncey actually took part in the alleged mistreatment as well."

According to the Miami Herald's Adam Beasley, that meeting has taken place and Pouncey is happy to have it behind him.

And if you were wondering where Pouncey watched Sunday's Chargers-Dolphins game, here you go:

Pouncey says he hopes to play this Sunday when the Dolphins host the Panthers.
