Jets fake punt fails spectacularly vs. Browns

Jets coach Rex Ryan reportedly told his team Saturday night that he was going to get fired. And now he's either decided to throw caution to the wind as a result, or he's trying to hasten the process.

Already eliminated from the playoffs and facing a 4th and 9 in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Browns, the Jets faked the punt. The results were as disastrous as they were hilarious.

And that led to the predictable internet backlash:
