Terry Bradshaw won't be appearing on Fox's Super Bowl coverage Sunday and will remain in Louisiana with his family after Bradshaw's father died this past Thursday at the age of 86.

Bradshaw has been a mainstay on the Fox set for years now and is the member of the Fox crew who handles the Lombardi Trophy presentation ceremony on Sunday night after the game.

In his place, Michael Strahan will give the trophy to either the Broncos or the Seahawks at the conclusion of Super Bowl XLVIII.

Chris Meyers will handle the red-carpet interviews in Bradshaw's place as well.
