The Jaguars may still be working on finding their next franchise quarterback, but in the meantime, coach Gus Bradley is bolstering a defense that ranked 28th last season, according to Football Outsiders' advanced metrics. And he's doing it with some familiar faces.

Over the weekend, Bradley, formerly the Seahawks' defensive coordinator, was reunited with defensive lineman Red Bryant, who had been in Seattle since 2008. And on Thursday, former Seahawks pass-rushing specialist Chris Clemons also joined the Jags, according to several media reports.

And just to prove that the Jacksonville pipeline extends beyond Seattle, the team agreed to terms with former Steelers defensive end Ziggy Hood.

And in a somewhat surprising move, the team also re-signed defensive end Jason Babin, according to the Florida Times-Union's Ryan O'Halloran.

Clemons became expendable in Seattle when the team targeted Michael Bennett, but when healthy he can be very disruptive. From 2010-12, Clemons averaged 11 sacks per season before tearing his ACL in a January 2013 playoff game. Last season, he started 11 games and had 4.5 sacks.

Hood never lived up to his first-round pedigree in Pittsburgh. After starting every game in 2012, he was benched for Cam Heyward last season, and started just seven times. In five NFL seasons, he has 11.5 sacks.
